Dr. Katie Willis and Jill Farley,VMT both attended the 2015 Practical Microscopic Small Animal Hematology course held recently at North Carolina State University Veterinary School. The instructors were Tillie Laws, RVT and Kristina Meichner, DVM, DECVIM-CA (oncology), Resident Veterinary Clinical Pathology.

This continuing education covered subtle changes in blood evaluation during the course of disease and illness along with updates in blood parasites.
