Otter was a gift to Dr. Bird! Every one needs an Otter in their life! Unconditional love and goofiness! Otter prefers to drink from the toilet! He sees no problem with a nice refreshing swim when its 90 degrees outside or a forecast of snow! We have never seen a dog whose name was so perfectly suited to their personality!
